Mean time at school summer camp

Each of our activities on offer will have the students learning and developing the art of team work and communication with their class mates. For example, they can plan their own canoe journey through our specialist training in navigation. Learning to use maps and understanding tide time tables. We can get the students to make their very own bushcraft fires, prepare wild foods and cook in the outdoors on their very own-made camp fire.

Students Canoeing

Bushcraft skills contain so many creative skills that the children will love to learn. We can teach the students the ancient art of archery and help the children build and string their very own bow. Students will learn how to safely use all manner of bushcraft tools, how to track wild animals and recognise different wild plants and trees, and how we can use them for our survival in the wild. With so many activities on offer it is just a matter of finding the right lessons for your class.

Themed Activities

Many of our guests opt to theme their activities, which we are very happy to work alongside. For example a Viking theme could include; Viking fire-lighting, Viking-cooking, viking games, Canoeing and Archery (in the style of Vikings of course!)
